**Job Overview**:As a Sales Executive at Ashwahashakti Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers, understanding their logistics needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Generate new leads and opportunities to expand the client base.

**Client Engagement**:Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the logistics requirements of prospective clients.
Present and demonstrate our services effectively, highlighting the value proposition.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

**Sales Negotiation**:Prepare and present persuasive proposals, addressing client needs and concerns.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

**Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for successful client acquisition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Freshers can also apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation sales is highly desirable.
