Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business sales and expand the company's client base by identifying and targeting potential clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions that meet clients' needs
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross-functional departments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling IT services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
