Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Indore. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical devices and CSSD supplies to healthcare providers in the region. This role requires a proactive approach to reaching potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Establish relationships with new and existing clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
Provide detailed reports on sales activities, results, and market conditions.
Coordinate with other teams to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a sales executive, preferably in the medical devices or hospital supplies industry.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
