Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the architecture and construction industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and other relevant professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Present our services to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our architectural 3D visualization solutions.
- Understand client requirements and project specifications to provide accurate quotes and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with the management team.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project onboarding and successful client engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand professional networks.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using our CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the architecture, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with the capability to close deals.
- In-depth knowledge of the architecture and construction industry, including an understanding of design processes and project cycles.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
