**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dealer Management**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to maximize sales opportunities.

Provide training and support to dealers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.

**Sales Strategy**:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

**Customer Engagement**:
Conduct regular visits to dealers to assess inventory levels, merchandising, and sales performance.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations to meet their needs.

Organize product demonstrations, trade shows, and events to showcase our products and generate leads.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:
Graduation Degree/Diploma required.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
