Position Overview
Offering a suite of transparency services, Xogene is a leader in innovative technologies and expert services to meet global clinical trial transparency. Combining deep transparency expertise with a modern technology stack, Xogene provides software solutions to automate tedious processes and track myriad studies, regulations and statuses. Our four unique technology solutions offer different ways to streamline and enhance various aspects of the trial process, including study design, patient recruitment, data collection, monitoring, and analysis. These technologies contribute to improving the efficiency, quality and participant experience in clinical trials. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing primarily on technology hiring. They will

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and locations
- Support the Talent Management team with scheduling and coordination of recruitment activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools, making recommendations for enhancements and implementing best practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metric.
- MBA in HR or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the technology industry, ideally within high-growth startups or larger tech companies
- Minimum of 1 year of IT recruitment experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to generate and manage new initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational level.
