Position summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for open positions in AI, Software Engineering, and Cyber Security. You will play a critical role in ensuring we meet our hiring goals.

As a Recruiter, you'll spearhead candidate generation initiatives in collaboration with hiring managers across diverse roles. Your mission is to uncover, engage, and evaluate top-tier talent, leveraging your innovation and creativity with attraction strategies. You will be part of a collaborative environment with dedicated business leaders that are fully committed to the recruitment journey.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Recruitment:

Utilize various channels to source passive candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Candidate Management:

  1. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  2. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  2. Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.
  3. Help hiring managers to prepare and extend the offer to the candidates

Employer Branding:

  1. Promote Gruve as employers of choice in the tech industry.
  2. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition

Proven track record of hiring in tech talent such as AI, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Networking etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.

Talent Acquisition/Full cycle recruiting experience in Tech companies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment software.
