Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently record and update information in the database.
- Processing Transactions: Handle back office administrative tasks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of relevant data.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information to clients.
- Documentation: Create reports, manage records, and organize files.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Team Support: Assist team members and contribute to team goals.
- Other Responsibilities: Actively listen, engage in detail-oriented problem-solving, and quickly learn new processes, with comprehensive training provided.
**Expected Qualification**:
- Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Should have knowledge of computer functioning.
- Should be tech friendly to learn new process.
