**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Global L&D Faculty Coordinator based in Delhi. This role will be critical in supporting our Global L&D programs and journeys, focusing on faculty management, and working closely with the remote client in Europe. This role demands a high level of independence, a proactive approach to task completion, and a curious mindset.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain a pool of skilled and diverse internal and external facilitators for Global L&D programs and journeys. Ensure facilitators are effectively staffed on different sessions based on their expertise and availability.- Monitor participant feedback, share it with facilitators, and take appropriate actions as required.- Observe and participate in training sessions to identify training needs and coordinate upskilling activities for facilitators.- Host and produce virtual live sessions, engage with learners and trainers, and manage virtual meeting needs and support learner needs.- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, journey teams, senior stakeholders within the organization, and external vendors.- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to faculty management, participant feedback, and program logistics.- Seek continuous improvement of the faculty processes.- Supporting the Global L&D Operations team on broader operations activities, having the flex to cover other L&D operational tasks depending on workload and need across the team.- Collaborate with the local line manager in Delhi to ensure alignment with regional operations and logistics.**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
Processing information quickly and accurately with a high attention to detail and double-checking own work.- Demonstrating an excellent customer focus, being responsive to queries consistently, and with a sense of urgency.- Handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines thanks to strong organizational and project management skills.- Working cooperatively with other team members, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks.- Developing effective working relationships with BCG staff across all levels of seniority. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.- Dealing effectively with change and a constantly evolving context.- Utilizing PowerPoint and Excel to create visually appealing and data-driven reports, presentations, and other materials.- Respecting all BCG information as personal and confidential.**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, challenging organization, preferably in professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proven confidence working in a virtual setting and managing virtual meeting tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Comfortable working in a global environment with virtual contacts and collaborating across different time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., SABA) and Tableau is a plus. Displays curiosity and creativity to improve ways of working.

A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team currently spread across North America, Europe, and India. As a complex matrix-structured organization, you will also work with L&D teams in local systems across regions and with counterparts in our Global L&D teams. Establishing strong relationships across our people functions and beyond is essential to successfully learn, educate, and influence others.
