Office Assistant

To be a successful Office Assistant - Co-ordinator, you should have an understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency with computers and software, such as **MS Excel and Tally.**
Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers.
- Scan, file and log accounting document
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Invoice processing
- Maintaining stock entries.
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Basic administration
- Reporting to Accountant/Accounts Manager and completing all responsibilities assigned
**Required Skills**:
- Analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- High level of accuracy
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Tally ERP/Prime
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Good written and oral communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
