**Job Description**:
We seek an experienced Global Programs Officer & Program Delivery (CGPO) to lead our international program management initiatives. This executive role requires a professional with over 15 years of senior experience, offering strategic insights and a proven track record of working across multiple countries and cultures.

The GPO serves as a key member of the Executive Team and is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the TalentSure Programs department, which oversees TalentSures resource mobilisation, program quality and accountability, and implementation of all programs worldwide.

The GPO utilises evidence-based approaches that are fit for purpose with the rapidly evolving international development landscape and ensures the implementation of robust regional and country programs, strategic revenue growth, high standards of program quality and accountability; the effective generation and use of data; the fostering of a culture of innovation; and the building of local and decentralised capacity for optimal impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and implement global program strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Cross-Cultural Management: Navigate and manage programs across diverse cultures, adapting strategies to local contexts while maintaining global coherence.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a global team of program managers and specialists.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global partners and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective program delivery.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and impact.
- Continuously assess programmatic trends and opportunities for operational excellence, program growth, innovation, and technical excellence, ensuring that TalentSure remains at the forefront of international skill-based recruitment.
- Drive the integration of layered cross-sectoral nexus approaches and best practices into programs to maximise impact.

Responsibility Area: Team Leadership, Management and Capacity Building
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team of Program Managers, promoting a culture of collaboration, learning, teamwork, professional growth, and mutual accountability.

Responsibility Area: Strategy Development and Execution
- Work with TalentSure leadership to support the development of country and regional capacity to conduct business intelligence, partner identification, development and mobilisation and contribute to the design of compelling proposals and programmatic reports that effectively communicate TalentSures’ impact and value propositions.
- Build greater synergies between TalentSure HQ and global staff to share management and technical achievements, learn from one another, identify strategic opportunities, and advance our mission, growth, and impact across the portfolio.
- Effectively manage, mentor, and lead the TalenSure Program Management & Delivery team by recruiting, retaining, and developing a productive team of professionals through staff development and the strategic use of training, professional growth opportunities, and information for learning and performance enhancement.
- Work across functions and geographies to contribute to overall organisational impact, support the implementation of strategic priorities, and champion key corporate initiatives.
- Play a critical role in networking, collaborating, building, and strengthening relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure programmatic and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in senior roles related to recruitment and program management and delivery in a global context
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful global programs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse international teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s or higher preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
