**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for our IT products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer the best solutions that meet client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors to offer insightful advice to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services (software, hardware, cloud, and managed services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle client objections effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
