**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Learning about each product/service in detail and staying updated on any changes.
- Collecting and keeping contact information up to date.
- Calling both current and potential clients to encourage them to make purchases.
- Addressing any concerns, complaints, or suggestions from clients promptly.
- Taking detailed notes during each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team for finalizing deals.
- Documenting all attempts, whether successful or unsuccessful, to close sales.
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress and performance expectations.
- Performing all duties with respect, regardless of others' attitudes.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- No prior experience required, but training in sales is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Exposure to different perspectives, cultures, and experiences.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability in changing communication styles.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to handle feedback without taking it personally.

Timings:

- 10AM - 7PM

Working Days:

- 6 days Working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
