- Handling Inbound Calls
- Conducting Cold Calls to generate leads
- Attending customer issues and resolving with team support.
- Maintaining the schedules of key personnel
- Keeping Customer Interaction and transaction
- Content Creation
- Updating and maintaining the information in CRM
- Qualifications
- Bachelor in Marketing or any other.
- 0-2 years of experience in relevant field is preferrable
- Skills Required
- Good Verbal and Written Communication
- Disciplined and energetic.
- Proactive
- Mail Writing and Drafting
- Energetic and Sport background would be added advantage.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
