Customer Support Executive

1. Represent the customer in all aspects of the business.
2. Present the perspective of customer in internal meetings involving business and product decisions.
3. Ensure a great customer experience.
**Tasks**:
- Speaking to customers to understand their goals and requirements and providing inputs to the business and product teams
- Solve issues, questions, and concerns
- Ensure all the commitments to the customers are met by coordinating with various internal departments
- Maintain accurate data of all aspects relating to the customers
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Empathy to understand customer needs and pains
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
**Experience**:
- 1 years of minimum Experience in customer query handling
