We are seeking motivated and results-driven **Inside Sales Representatives** to join our remote sales team. This role is perfect for **females**looking to excel in a sales career from the comfort of their home. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and promote our offerings to drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
