- Provide assistance to leads as needed to maintain the vision and strategy around Ariba deployment
- Support ideas for system improvements presented to leadership- Operational-
- Receives from queries
Collect enough information to understand the root cause of the issue and route to applicable PEH team where needed
- Maintain good work relationship with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure continuous alignment and buy in
- Adhere to procurement processes and activities with other procurement teams
- Collaborate / supports with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the business objectives and create long-term value through sourcing, procurement processes and governance- Skills-
- 7-10 years of experience working as an Ariba support analyst, with good knowledge in how operating systems and software works
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability clearly explain information and issue to end user
- Able to collect information properly and understand root cause of technical issue
- Able to successfully implement the recommended approach
- Specific experience in assisted sourcing process lifecycle including, capabilities in conducting tactical and strategic sourcing activities, with prior experience working within a Procurement Excellence Hub
- Demonstrates a track record of value delivery and conflict management capability and deliver against key metrics
- Demonstrates effective continuous improvement skills
- Good understanding of BT’s operating environment
- Effective relationship management skills & ability to influence decision making with senior stakeholders within a matrixed environment- Eligibility Criteria-

**What you’ll be doing**
2. Supports the production of risk management and oversight processes, templates, and executive management reporting dashboards.
3. Supports regularised engagement with key risk owners and business sponsors and enable relevant management updates with respect to priority risks, mitigation actions.
4. Supports the regular reporting of key risk developments and emerging risks as well as ongoing alignment of key risks to company goals and progress, for management.
5. Coordinates risk workshops and supports regular risk analysis of key business impacts / exposures based on existing and new or emerging threats, security / other risks, vulnerabilities, contributing to the development and maintenance of effective risk strategies and mitigation actions.
6. Supports assigned areas of priority risk threats and effectiveness of controls, crisis identification / response / recovery plans and capabilities, both internal and at critical third-party vendors / supplier organisations.
7. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within Risk.
