Job Description :

Job Title : SAP Ariba Consultant

Experience: 8 years (5 years relevant)

Location: Gurgaon/Pune/Hyderabad

Budget: 30% hike on the last withdrawn salary

Time Zone: General, but European Timezone if required

Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP Ariba Downstream modules to meet business requirements.

- Lead and participate in all phases of SAP Ariba implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions.

- Configure Guided Buying, including tile configuration and form creation, to optimize user experience.

- Manage Master Data and Approval lookup processes within SAP Ariba.

- Provide expertise and guidance on Procurement to Payment (P2P) processes within SAP Ariba.

- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation and post-implementation phases.

- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.

- Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of SAP Ariba and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba.

- Proficiency in SAP Ariba Downstream modules, including Procurement to Payment (P2P) processes.

- Hands-on experience with Guided Buying, including tile configuration and form creation.

- Strong understanding of Master Data management and Approval lookup in SAP Ariba.

- Experience with SAP Ariba Upstream modules and Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Certification in SAP Ariba is desirable but not mandatory.
