Customer Success Associate

**Required Experience: 2+Years**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to both internal teams and clients, effectively communicating key information and insights.
- Regularly participate in meetings with both internal teams and clients to ensure alignment, address challenges, and strategize for optimal customer success.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, in English to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Travel across India to meet with customers and support their success as needed.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure clients are well-versed in using our products effectively.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years of experience in customer engagement roles in IT/Banking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations
- Experience in a customer relationship role within a product-based company is an advantage.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
- Understanding of banking terminologies and processes. Working Knowledge in banking project preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Pay: ₹13,952.73 - ₹40,000.00 per month
