Job Title: Customer Success Manager Job Summary: As a Customer Success Manager at Indusface, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers through effective account management strategies and ensuring 100% client renewals. You will also be responsible for generating sales opportunities for SSL Certificate, researching and developing new sales opportunities, and achieving agreed levels of cold calling activity to increase volume and revenue streams.
