**Job Description**:
P2P Team supervisor for IC or S&A units. Processing vendor payout activity, process improvements, handling Domestic and import AP process, MIS reports, Monitoring vendor advances, GRIR/ITBR ledger balances, banking operations and monitoring regular SSC- Operations.

**Primary responsibilities**:
1. Good knowledge of vendor master processes and ERP SAP tcodes/other ERPs connected with vendor master.

2. Coordinating with business users, F&A & IT teams, and Income Tax department personnel.

3. Identifying and implementing process improvements

4. Coordinating with Internal & External Auditors and ensuring no audit observations

5. Creating/modifying vendor codes

6. Maintaining vendor master

7. Periodically analyzing vendor master records

8. Preparing MIS of vendor master

9. Sharing domain knowledge with the team

**10. **AP vendor payout activity and associated reconciliations

11. Coordinating with the business users, F&A and IT teams

12. Identify and implement process improvements

13. Coordinate with the Internal & External Auditors & ensured no Audit Observations

Secondary Responsibilities : Domestic & Foreign AP process
- _ Document verification with purchase order terms, GRN/SRN and Vendor Invoice_
- _ Ensure Internal control & statutory compliance_
- _ Timely Arranging form 15CB from auditors & filing of 15CA_
- _ Booking of freight forwarding charges bills after necessary checking and approvals._
- _ Preparing payment Documents for remittance - as per respective bank's requirements. & formats._
- _ Submission of approved requests to banks and getting the payments done._

Reporting :_**
- _ MIS reports related to vendor bill processing._
- Monitoring regular SSC- Operations
- Co coordinating with audit team & providing evidences with explanations for ICFR Requirements.
- Monthly Review of Open advances & vendor debit balances & getting details from project teams.
- Process improvements, digitization projects and automation.
