**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Operations Management**:

- **Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.**:

- **Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.**:

- **Ensure the office is well-maintained and operational at all times.**:

- **Handle tasks related to overall operations and streamline processes for improved efficiency.**

**Administrative Tasks**:

- **Handle correspondence, maintain records, and manage filing systems (both digital and physical).**:

- **Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.**:

- **Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.**

**Compliance and Policies**:

- **Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.**:

- **Maintain employee attendance and leave records.**

**Vendor and Facility Management**:

- **Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.**:

- **Manage maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.**

**IT Support and Maintenance**:

- **Coordinate basic IT support, including troubleshooting, system updates, and managing office networks.**:

- **Manage laptop repairs and maintenance to ensure all systems are functional.**

**Team Coordination**:

- **Support various departments in administrative tasks and logistics.**:

- **Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up their workspace and ensuring documentation is complete.**

**Marketing and Social Media Content Writing**:

- **Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.**:

- **Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, articles, and promotional materials.**:

- **Monitor social media trends and metrics to optimize engagement and performance.**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.**:
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

**Benefits**:
