_**Responsibilities**:_
- Develop a deep understanding of our B2B SaaS products and services to effectively support our clients.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our software solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and business objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their usage, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand and upsell our products and services based on client needs and usage patterns.
- Monitor client health and usage metrics to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success processes and best practices.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software to analyze and present data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and address client challenges effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus.
- Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- **Exp level: 0-6 months**_

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year
