**Designation / Position**:Personal Assistant
Salary Range: 22000 to 25000 Location: Chamrajpet
Timing / Shift: 10:30 Am to 8:00 Pm Qualification (Min & Max): Graduate Experience (Min & Max): 3 Years to 4 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring
the executive’s time is optimized.
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, organizing, data entry, and preparing documents or presentations.
- Project Management: Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.
- Task Prioritization: Determine the priority of requests and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Document and File Management:
- Organize, file, and maintain important documents, both physical and electronic.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and
presentations.”
- Communication Management:
- Screen and prioritize correspondence, responding on behalf of the employer when necessary.”. *Noting down minutes of a meeting & follow up on the same with internal & external persons
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
