Admin Associate

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in administrative management
- Superior oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Fluency in business communication with responsibility for internal and client-facing communication
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
**Position Summary**
Co-manage the administrative functions of the firm including housekeeping, security, finance, internet & IT administration thereby contributing to a conducive work environment.
Efficiently planning and coordinating administrative procedures and devising ways to streamline processes to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
**Infrastructure**:
- Responsible for the maintenance and security of the office premises and inventory o Support the IT executive in managing the IT infrastructure (internet, laptops, peripherals)
**Vendor management**:
- Managing and liaising with vendors and benefits providers (e.g., insurance, wellness service providers etc.)o Successfully negotiating contracts and agreements
**Finance**:
- Collaborating with teams to create and manage the annual admin budget by monitoring expenses and proactively anticipating future requirementso Responsible for vendor and team payments and maintaining MIS reports
**HR responsibilities**:
- Coordinating key functions of induction, onboarding and offboarding for team memberso
- Researching and contributing towards developing and implementing organizational policies
- Organizing team engagement & wellness events that help build the culture at Kingfish
- Maintaining a safe working environment for team members based on company policies and national laws
**Calendar and data management**:
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple userso Maintaining company and employee records
**Logistics**:
- Coordinating travel, arranging for visas, tickets etco Preparing facilities for meetings
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
