**Role Purpose**- **Comply with the processes in place and ensure the agreed service levels are met with the expected level of quality**
- **Review the processes consistently to implement improvement plans, and to support organization objectives for efficiency.**

- **Track and resolve WebSphere infrastructure incidents per SLA**

**Project Support:

- Provide Web Tech expertise to build Payments services to HSBC standards owning end to end delivery in readiness for hand over to Central Middleware Production Support.**

**Change Management:

- Liaison with Payments Development team to review, schedule and resource production change activity associated with Payments services.**

**Development Support:

- On going support to ensure Payments Development teams have engagement to progress Web Tech configurations and help with problem resolution.**

**Estate Management:

- Proactive support in relation to security patching, fix packs and SSL certificate renewals for servers in the Payments estate.**

**Automation Engineering : Identification and progression of automation opportunities within the middleware environments.**

**Technical Skills**- **Ability to deep dive into incidents and possess advanced troubleshooting skills**
- **Knowledge of WebSphere Portal server administration, wsadmin scripting, and respective certification is desirable but not mandatory.**
