Solace Administrator

Must -to- have :

- At least 5 to 12 years of Experience on setup of message platform Solace On-prem and MQ Admin

- Should have Knowledge/hands-on in SOLACE Messaging and Ansible Scripting

- Sound have Knowledge/hands-on in UNIX Troubleshooting

- Should have working expertise on Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management.

- Should have Experience in Enterprise Messaging concepts - Message routing/security policy etc.

- As well knowledge on Networking Concepts/Router Concepts Application/ Infrastructure Production support with UNIX Admin

- Experience in trouble-shooting production failures. Good Problem Solving and Analytical ability.

- Must be flexible, adaptable to change, able to work in fast paced environment, and able to meet deadlines.

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

- Need to have at least 6-10 years of experience with core networking technologies and other disciplines related to data communications

- Ability to work and document proof of concepts (POCs), assessments, detailed evaluations report etc.

- Solid understanding of network topologies: routing & switching

- Solid understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP and packet analysis)

- Ability to write technical and operations documentation

- Ability to describe technical concept; verbally and on paper

- Cisco Certification, CCNP or above a plus.

- A strong team player comfortable in a cross-cultural and diverse operating environment

- Result oriented and ability to deliver under tight timelines.

- Ability to successfully resolve conflicts in a globally matrix driven organization.
