Job Description: Event Coordinator We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Stock Market Events and Social Media Coordinator. This role is integral to our mission of providing valuable knowledge and insights into the stock market through events, social media, and webinars. Responsibilities: Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute stock market events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences. Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting. Ensure events run smoothly from start to finish, overseeing setup, registration, and post-event follow-up. Social Media Hosting: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our audience and promote stock market events and content. Host live sessions, Q&A sessions, and discussions on various social media platforms to share market insights and interact with followers. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement. Event Management: Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, and partners to ensure alignment with event objectives and deliverables. Create compelling event marketing materials including invitations, flyers, and promotional videos. Track and analyze event metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Webinars: Plan and coordinate webinars on topics relevant to the stock market, targeting different audience segments. Source knowledgeable speakers and experts to present informative and engaging webinar content. Manage webinar logistics including platform setup, registration, and technical support during sessions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in event coordination, social media management, and webinar facilitation, preferably within the finance or investment industry. Strong understanding of stock market principles, investment strategies, and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, with a creative flair for content creation. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
