Claims Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
Review and assess insurance claims to determine coverage and eligibility.
Investigate claim details, including policy coverage, circumstances of loss, and supporting documentation.
Communicate with policyholders, service providers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
Process claims accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
Evaluate claim settlements and negotiate with relevant parties to ensure fair and reasonable outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of claims activities, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and risk management, to mitigate potential losses and improve claims processes.
Provide support and guidance to junior claims staff as needed.
Stay updated with changes in insurance regulations and industry best practices.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims handling procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with insurance claims management software is preferred.
Certification in insurance or claims management is a plus.
