**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Improvement**:
Analyse current post-sales processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop and implement streamlined procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Continuously monitor and optimise processes to ensure efficient customer onboarding, policy servicing, claims processing, and renewals.
**Claims Management**:
Oversee the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claims handling, evaluation, and settlement in accordance with policy terms and regulatory requirements. Implement strategies to minimise fraudulent claims and ensure compliance with claims procedures.
**Customer Satisfaction**:
Oversee customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and improving overall customer experience.
Implement strategies to gather customer feedback and use insights to enhance service delivery.
**Quality Assurance**:
Establish and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in policy issuance, documentation, and claims handling.
Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify errors, minimising risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
**Collaboration**:
Collaborate closely with functional & cross functional teams such as tech/product, claims, and sales to ensure seamless end-to-end customer journey and effective communication across functions.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Utilise data analytics to track operational performance, identify trends, and generate insightful reports for management review.
Make data-driven decisions to enhance processes and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Compliance and Regulatory Adherence**:
Ensure that all post-sales operations are conducted in strict compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in insurance operations, with a focus on post-sales functions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g Insurance Institute certifications) are advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
