Job Description

The Head of Architecture (FinTech) reporting into the Group Architect will:

  • Dive into problem-solving and architectural solutioning, ensuring technical soundness aligned with business requirements
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication of architectural decisions meeting business needs
  • Engage, motivate, and lead the team, ensuring sustained productivity and high morale
  • Maintain and deepen knowledge of Fintech instruments, including but not limited to Lending, Investments, Payments, and Insurance
  • Lead innovation initiatives, conduct research on emerging technologies, and recommend their incorporation into the company's architecture


The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in architecture.
  • Drive to operate in a start-up like environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in managing teams and stakeholders effectively
  • Deep knowledge of Fintech instruments - specifically in Lending, Investments, Payments, and Insurance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
