Job Description :


- The Head of Technology will be more than a technical leader; You will be pioneering innovations in consumer electronics and driving the company's vision alongside the founders.

- Your role extends beyond traditional boundaries, encompassing the development of groundbreaking technology and strategic decision-making.

- You will lead the development of a cutting-edge user interface, blending content aggregation, AI/ML-based applications, and user-centric design to deliver an unparalleled user experience

Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead the development of a sophisticated system that combines streaming content aggregation with a rapid, AI-driven discovery engine and multifunctional Super Apps.

- Drive innovation using AI/ML to enhance interactivity and user experience, setting new standards in the industry.

- Lead and inspire a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of innovation, precision, and excellence.

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of software-hardware ecosystems.

- Work closely with the founders to refine and evolve the company's vision, translating innovative ideas into actionable technology strategies.

- Stay ahead of the curve in technological advancements, championing new approaches and solutions that keep Circuit House Technologies at the forefront of innovation.

- Advocate for best practices in software development, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Requirements :

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with substantial experience in Android/Android TV development.

- Demonstrated expertise in system architecture, especially in areas like streaming content aggregation, AI/ML-driven features, and voice recognition technologies.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring, guiding, and motivating high-performing technical teams.

- Deep understanding of the latest trends in consumer electronics and the ability to translate these trends into innovative products.
