Job Description:

Job Brief

Responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Reporting to

HR head

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.

Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary paperwork.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Provide guidance and information to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.

Support HR audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.

Perform task as per allocated by reporting manager and authorities

Skill Sets

Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques, performance management, and employee relations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.

Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and other relevant tools.
