Role summary: Our client company is looking for a Front Office Executive, who would manage their office reception area and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for their organization, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach. This role requires proficiency in handling front desk operations, managing inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. If you have 4-5 years of relevant experience and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing calendars for executives.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.


Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, photocopiers).
  • Familiarity with telephone systems and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
