Responsibilities:

 Develops digital marketing strategy by studying business goals, economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
 Lead and execute the digital marketing team including goal setting and performance management.
 Lead the development of best in class paid campaigns, building strategic and innovative plans to deliver performance-based results and drive significant business revenue.
 Be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the major platforms; search, display, Facebook, Google, amazon, flipkart and other market places.
 Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
 Identify and lead implementation and guide relationships with affiliates and partners that can improve digital performance.
 Partner with creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches.
 Identify, test and optimize the best performance marketing channels to drive user growth, -ROI and incremental revenue.
 Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
 Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
 Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
 Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
 Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
 Measure and optimize ROI and KPIs.
