As an Assistant Manager in Business Development at Praxis Business School/Tech School, you will be at the forefront of fostering growth through a multifaceted role that includes orchestrating college and corporate visits, conducting counseling sessions, driving education sales, generating business opportunities, and managing vendor recruitment. Your role will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with colleges, institutes, and vendors, contributing to the overall expansion and success of our institution. This role will provide you with a platform to work with diverse stakeholders, drive business outcomes, and be a catalyst for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate college and corporate visits to showcase the offerings of Praxis Business School/Tech School.
  • Conduct counseling sessions to prospective students, guiding them through educational options and career paths.
  • Drive education sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs.
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach and lead generation activities.
  • Take ownership of vendor recruitment, identifying and onboarding partners to enhance the educational experience.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with colleges, institutes, and educational partners to promote collaboration and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with institutional goals.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and outcomes using CRM systems.
Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in areas such as college relationship management, counseling, education sales, business generation, and vendor recruitment.
  • A strong track record of driving business development and achieving targets.
  • Educational background - Minimum Graduate; a Postgraduate degree is preferable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for education and a keen interest in helping students shape their educational and career paths.
  • Proficiency in outbound calls and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborative mindset, adaptable to working in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
