Business Development Manager

Candidate Profile:

3 to 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing specially in Europe and the USA with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in working directly with customers.
Prior experience of selling ITES is a must.
Experience in Marketing of Engineering, CAD, GIS, and 3D services is desirable but not mandatory.
Post graduate marketing degree or equivalent experience.

Familiar with MS Office and CRM tools to do the job efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overall responsible for the Business Development cycle.
Cross selling our services to various companies.
Generate a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking & delivering client presentations.
Ability to develop multi-year sales strategies to expand footprint within large enterprise customers.
Ensuring X number of Sign- ups at competitive rates across various service offerings

Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.

Generate a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking & delivering client presentations.
Brand building.
Pursuing the prospective clients for conversion
