Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions that meet the client's requirements and align with our products/services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and their competitive advantages, allowing you to articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase our solutions to clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical details into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, providing insights to the sales team on positioning our offerings effectively.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they align with our target market and strategic objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to product development teams to enhance our offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and plan effective sales approaches.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record in a pre-sales or similar role within the [industry/sector].
  • Strong understanding of our products/services and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
