This role involves collaborating closely with the CIO Staff and the IT Operations team, with a focus on transforming warehouse and PDC operations, Ecommerce, Parts Pricing, Warranty, and Salesforce Case Management. The Agile Team Coach will serve as a servant leader, guiding teams in the adaptation of the SAFe framework, and facilitating the development of lean and agile practices for continuous improvement in the rapidly evolving transportation industry.

Responsibilities

The Agile Team Coach will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Coaching product and software development teams as a servant leader.
Utilizing agile methodologies, practices, and frameworks for efficient planning, management, and solution delivery.
Providing training on Lean and agile practices to promote continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Assisting teams in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer value delivery.
Ensuring shared accountability for team outcomes and promoting collaborative processes for task management, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and impediment removal.
Employing metrics to inspect and adapt team progress, performance, and agile maturity.
Creating an environment conducive to healthy, high-performing teams by improving transparency, feedback loops, and team engagement.
Facilitating agile ceremonies and events while guiding teams toward effective management practices and decision-making processes.
Potentially contributing to the documentation of Agile standards or the development of learning materials.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Scrum Master certification (CSM - Scrum Alliance, PSMI - Scrum.org, or SAFe ® Scrum Master).

Mandatory Skills

Experience and proficiency in Warehouse and PDC Transformation.
Expertise in Ecommerce, Parts Pricing, Warranty, and Salesforce Case Management.

Desired Skills

The following skills and experiences are desired for the role:

Background in an Agile Center of Excellence or Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated contributions to the growth of agile communities by developing documentation, guidelines, processes, and practices for agile teams at various levels.
Experience working with global and distributed teams, including comfort with online facilitation, relationship building, and virtual collaboration tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating empathy and radical candor.
Experience guiding teams through project-to-product transitions and IT digital transformation.
Strong ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Motivated to achieve high standards and deliver measurable results while being open to testing, learning, and iterating for operational excellence.
Embraces and promotes simple, sustainable, and healthy work and life management practices.
