Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor inside sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish clear sales targets and performance metrics, regularly assessing team and individual achievements to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive sales approaches and effective customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Experience:
Proven track record of at least 15 years in sales management, with a focus on inside sales and team leadership.
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and a deep understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis.
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
