Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 15 years in sales management, with a focus on inside sales and team leadership.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and a deep understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
