Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic

Community Manager

to build, grow, and engage our gaming community. You will be responsible for fostering a vibrant, loyal, and interactive player base across Discord, Facebook, Reddit, and other relevant platforms. Your role will involve community engagement, moderation, content creation, and collaboration with marketing and game development teams to enhance player satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase player interaction and loyalty.
Manage and grow Fleckslabs' presence on Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, and other community platforms.
Monitor community discussions, gather player feedback, and provide insights to the game development team.
Plan and execute community events, contests, and influencer collaborations.
Create and publish engaging content, including announcements, patch notes, and social media posts.
Moderate community discussions, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
Respond to player queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align community engagement with branding and promotional campaigns.
Track community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on player sentiment and trends.

Requirements
1-3 years of experience

in community management, social media, or a related field in the gaming industry.
Passion for gaming and deep understanding of gaming communities, especially on Discord.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage different types of audiences.
Familiarity with social media trends, gaming forums, and online community best practices.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools to measure community engagement and impact.
Experience with content creation (graphics, memes, short-form video content) is a plus.
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Bonus Points
Experience working in casual or social games.
Understanding of in-game monetization and player retention strategies.
Familiarity with AI-powered or interactive engagement tools for communities.
