The Community Manager needs to enable & execute this 24x7 support with a love for curating the community, with an eye on the community process and everything that can help the parent. Parentune's Community Manager is awesome at collaboration with the team, Doctors and any other stakeholder who can help her/him to support parents 24x7. S/he loves to interact with people from different walks, host community events and to curate a beautiful village for raising a child for each parent. Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Community engagement for Parentune
Build relationships with parents online and offline
Lead engagement and positive activity in the community - APP, Web & Social media/ WA groups
Onboard, encourage, help & retain parents' with a great experience on APP (Android, IOS), Web & m-site
Upgrade Parents to Subscription plans and help them save, while they do their best for their child
Develop and deploy recognition programs for parents for desired engagement results
Collaborate & execute 24x7 support system by onboarding and engaging with Parentune Doctors & Experts
Identify, hire, onboard & coach Community Support Experts across different age groups, language, locations
Understand and analyse feedback from parents and interact to improve outcomes
Conceptualise, plan and set up online and offline parents' meet-ups and host the same on an ongoing basis
What are we looking for:
We are looking for a Parent who's led an online community (of any kind) in the recent past
Past community creation/building/engaging experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven drive to get things done, positive attitude to serve the purpose and cause
Ability to be engaged through the day with your team (Doctors, Experts, Content Leads, Community)
Ability to understand and improve the community metrics
Ability to onboard and manage a large network of Experts/Doctors
Interpersonally pleasant with an equal ease of planning and solid dedication
