We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader who can drive business growth and strengthen our market presence.
Role Overview

As the Sales Leader for our India office, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain local clients in the digital marketing space. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, client management, and hands-on sales execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—both local and global—to ensure that our products and services align with client needs and exceed market expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement robust sales strategies specifically tailored for the Indian market.
Identify target segments, industry verticals, and high-potential opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Business Development
Leverage CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
Conduct cold calling, follow-up meetings, and presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with local clients, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction.
Account Management
Oversee client relationships from initial engagement to post-sales support, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term retention.
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and coach junior sales team members to achieve team targets.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Digital Marketing Initiatives
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Service Pages for brand promotion and lead conversion.
Coordinate with the marketing team to strategize on local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Market Research & Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing customer needs in the Indian market.
Provide insights and feedback to guide product/service improvements.
Reporting & Forecasting
Track sales metrics, maintain accurate forecasts, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Propose and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the digital marketing space, preferably dealing with local clients in India.
CRM Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CRM software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
Lead Generation Skills : Proven track record in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based lead generation.
Digital Marketing Know-How : Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Service Pages, and marketing automation tools.
Strategic Thinker : Ability to develop and execute localized marketing strategies and sales plans.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Collaboration : Team player with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Attributes

Demonstrated success in scaling sales within a fast-paced or startup-like environment.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Indian digital marketing trends and regulatory environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
