We are seeking a Sales Lead to take ownership of pre-sales, lead research, and market intelligence. This role is critical in building a high-quality sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes within the IT/Tech industry.
  • Build and maintain a structured and validated database of high-quality leads using tools like , Apollo, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on business potential, technical requirements, and predefined sales criteria.
  • Generate leads through research, outreach, and cold calling.
  • Validate leads  by engaging with prospects via calls and emails.
  • Support the Business Development (BD) team by fixing meetings with clients and preparing client briefs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize high-potential leads and facilitate effective outreach.
  • Maintain a database to track lead engagement and sales progress.
  • Analyze lead conversion metrics, response rates, and sales performance data to refine strategies.
  • Develop compelling sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and outreach materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all sales communications and client interactions.
  • Present market insights and lead research findings to leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, lead research, business development, or sales support, preferably in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience using Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work with data analytics tools to track lead performance and optimize sales funnels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with evolving priorities.
