Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Lead to take ownership of pre-sales lead research and market intelligence. This role is critical in building a high-quality sales pipeline identifying new business opportunities and supporting data-driven decision-making. Junior candidates with strong research and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients industry trends and competitive landscapes within the IT/Tech sector.
  • Build and maintain a structured database of high-quality leads using tools like LinkedIn Apollo and other prospecting platforms.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on business potential technical requirements and sales criteria.
  • Generate and validate leads through research outreach and direct engagement calls/emails.
  • Support the Business Development BD team by scheduling client meetings and preparing briefing materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize high-potential leads for outreach.
  • Maintain and update lead tracking databases ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze lead conversion metrics and response rates to refine research and sales strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of sales materials including pitch decks case studies and outreach content.
  • Present market insights and lead research findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in pre-sales lead research business development or sales support IT/Tech industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Apollo and other lead generation tools.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
