About the Opportunity
At AdMax Local, we believe sales are at the heart of scaling our innovative SaaS platform, Amp'd Local. As the Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in introducing Amp'd Local to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the United States. This is more than just a leadership position—it's an opportunity to shape the sales function, establish processes, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the dynamic and competitive U.S. SMB market. Working in U.S. hours from India, you'll engage directly with business owners, showcasing how Amp'd Local can transform their marketing efforts and help them achieve measurable results.

What you'll be doing :
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
a. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting SMBs in the US.
b. Design and manage the sales process and funnel to optimize conversions.
c. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Lead Generation & Outreach :
a. Identify and connect with potential SMB customers using outbound methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
b. Collaborate with marketing to generate inbound leads and refine outreach strategies.
c. Conduct product demonstrations and pitch presentations virtually.

Client Relationship Management :
a. Build strong relationships with SMB clients to ensure customer success and long-term engagement.
b. Act as the primary point of contact during the sales process and transition new clients to the customer support team, as needed.

Team Leadership :
a. Once, we have standard sales processes that perform to plan, recruit, train, and manage additional high-performing sales team members to scale the AMP'd local business.
b. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure consistent performance.
5. Performance Tracking:
a. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
b. Continuously improve the sales process based on performance data and market feedback.
6. Market Understanding:
a. Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
b. Gather and share insights about customer pain points, preferences, and product feedback.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Mastery:
a. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
b. Expertise in B2B and enterprise sales processes.
2. Proven Leadership:
a. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team in a competitive market.
b. A results-driven attitude with a commitment to achieving excellence in every aspect of the role
3. Industry Expertise:
a. Experience in a leadership role, specifically in SaaS or IT product sales
b. Deep understanding of digital marketing services, tools, and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, analytics).
c. Proven track record of selling to SMBs in the US market.
d. Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, and how they contribute to sales success.

b. Ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize sales outcomes.

b. Strong ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications :
• 8-12 years of experience in SaaS or IT product sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Degree or Master's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of selling to SMBs in the US market
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven proficiency in English; IELTS certification is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and set up processes from scratch
• Working in US hours (PST) to effectively align with the target market
