Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager (BDM) - US IT Staffing

to drive new client acquisition, develop relationships, and grow revenue. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through direct sales, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with

Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs, and

Implementation Partners .
Manage the full sales cycle: Prospecting, Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Client Presentations, Negotiations, and Closing Deals.
Meet and exceed revenue and business targets.
Work closely with

Recruitment Teams

to ensure successful placements.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with client agreements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in

US IT Staffing Business Development/Sales .
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and closing deals.
Strong understanding of

MSP/VMS processes, contract staffing, and bench sales .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a

target-driven and fast-paced

environment.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
