We're Hiring: Head of Business Development
Are you a dynamic and strategic leader with a passion for driving growth? We're looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to lead our expansion efforts, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Role: BD Head
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5-10+years in BD, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The role involves B2B sales and business development activities, managing the sales and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Account Management capabilities
Experience in B2B Sales and Sales Management
Team Management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Prior experience in robotics or B2B Automation industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute BD strategies to drive company growth
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and lead a high-performing BD team
Collaborate with internal teams to drive market expansion
