Job Description & Expectations

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven

Product Marketer

to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for our seller tools. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance product visibility, educate sellers on key features, and drive conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless go-to-market (GTM) execution and impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

Develop and execute targeted

B2B marketing campaigns

to promote our ProManage Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Strategize and manage digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including

social media, email, paid ads, and content marketing

to drive product awareness and adoption.
Create

messaging frameworks and compelling content

(e.g., whitepapers, case studies, demo videos, blog articles) to communicate the value proposition effectively.
Manage and optimize website content, ensuring

SEO best practices

to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
Market Research & Data Analysis:
Conduct in-depth

market research and competitor analysis

to identify trends, seller pain points, and growth opportunities.
Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Power BI
Track and analyze customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates to refine marketing initiatives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with

Product Managers

to understand key features, use cases, and customer requirements.
Partner with sales and customer success teams to

align on go-to-market (GTM) plans

, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and tools.
Manage community engagement efforts across social media and forums, fostering seller relationships and gathering valuable feedback.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in

Marketing, Business, or a related field

.
4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
Strong understanding of

product marketing, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies

.
Proven ability to develop

engaging content

and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in

SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing

.
Experience working with

analytics tools

to track and measure marketing performance.
Strong

project management skills

with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
